There is private access to the beach and we offer various (under)water activities.
All our studios and apartments are fully furnished and equipped with fantastic free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms.
The Waterside Apartments complex was recently renovated and completely redecorated. All furniture and appliances are of high quality. Our Eastborn beds are king size and can also be converted into 2 single beds. Towels and bed linen are provided for our guests, and once a week we come to clean the room.
With the interior and furnishings, we have created a bright and refreshing ocean home. Our goal is to let you relax and provide serenity and comfort during your vacation in Curacao.
We can also provide groceries on arrival and various car rental options. Car rental with us includes transportation to and from Hato Airport.

Penthouse
Penthouse apartment 'Kolebra di Laman' is our largest and most luxurious apartment. Located on the top floor, it features 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The private terrace offers truly all panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea
Karko
Apartment 'Karko' is one of our more spacious 2-bedroom sea view apartments and has the closest access to the beach, ideal for those who like to take a morning or afternoon swim. There are two bedrooms and this apartment can accommodate up to five guests. Outside there are sunbeds, a table and chairs and a sunshade for extra shade.
Kangreeuw
Apartment 'Kangreeuw' is our most spacious 2-bedroom apartment with sea view. There are 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Outside there are sunbeds, a table and chairs, and a sunshade for extra shade. Inside the apartment there is a kitchen/dining/living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and mirror.
Kokolishi
Apartment 'Kokolishi' is our coziest 2-bedroom apartment with sea view. It has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This apartment is closest to the sea and offers the most privacy outside. Outside there are sunbeds, a table and chairs and a sunshade for extra shade. Inside the apartment there is a kitchen/dining/living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and mirror.
Kreeft
Apartment 'Cancer' is our 2-bedroom garden apartment. So there is no direct sea view, but there is a fine private terrace outside for those who want to enjoy the sun in complete privacy. At the end of the day, when the sun moves further west, there is plenty of shade in the garden, which is ideal for cooling off. The sea is a one-minute walk from apartment Cancer. There are 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Koncha
Studio 'Koncha' is our 2-person studio with beautiful frontal sea view. The studio consists of 2 rooms and a private terrace with sun beds, a table with chairs and a sunshade for extra shade. On the second floor, overlooking the Caribbean Sea, you will wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Inside, you will find the main room, which functions as a bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen all in one.
Kiwa
Studio 'Kiwa' is our most affordable 2-bed studio with side sea view. The studio consists of 2 rooms and a private terrace with sun beds, a table with chairs and a sunshade for extra shade.

A hidden gem, in an undiscovered area of Curaçoa
Good location, nice little public beach, grocery store 5 minutes away by car, beautiful view, close to a nice restaurant. The new owners are making a great effort to upgrade the property. Very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. And we were!

Der Kontakt gleich nach der Buchung und bis zum Urlaubsbeginn per email und WhatsApp war unkompliziert und sehr höflich. Wir wurden vom Flughafen mit dem von uns gemieteten Wagen abgeholt. Während des Urlaubs haben Denise und Lotte sich des Öftern erkundigt, ob alles ok ist und sie gaben uns auch Tipps, welche Sehenswürdigkeiten es gibt. Die Lage unseres Appartements mit Blick direkt aufs Meer und der eigene Zugang zum kleinen Strand haben uns begeistert.
Wir kommen gern wieder
Unkompliziert, sehr freundlich, sehr sauber, komfortabel. Ruhige Lage, tolles Meer, die Lage ist ok, mit dem Auto ist man sehr flexibel.
